Purple Patch Arts are reaching out to West Yorkshire based organisations that offer services or activities for adults with learning disabilities, who would like to be signposted to young people transitioning into adult community services in exciting and creative ways.
Move On Up, Purple Patch Arts’ new transitions project, is all about empowering young people as they transition into adult services and community activities. Purple Patch Arts will be delivering transition workshops to help develop tools for feeling confident and independent, as well as signposting opportunities available to people using the Purple Patch Approach – music, drama, art, multi-sensory activities and more!
By joining the Move On Up Database, Purple Patch Arts will be able to signpost organisations and activities accurately, with up-to-date information, directly to young people looking to transition into new services and activities.
