Join the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership for the second session in their Integrated Neighbourhood Health webinar series — this one focused on maximising the power of the VCSE sector.

As the first Keep it Local Integrated Care System in the country, West Yorkshire is committed to empowering, supporting and working in partnership with local VCSE organisations. The session will explore how we can build on this approach to deliver innovative, community-led health and care that tackles health inequalities and strengthens neighbourhood working.

The webinar will be led by VCSE leaders from the Power of Communities Programme, who will discuss the conditions and cultures needed for Integrated Neighbourhood Health to thrive with the VCSE at its heart.

What you’ll hear about:

  • How deeply embedding VCSE organisations, with their insights and relationships, supports more effective and sustainable interventions.

  • How genuine integration between sectors can act as a catalyst for transformation.

  • Practical ways to maximise the role of VCSE organisations within Integrated Neighbourhood Health.

This session is open to:

  • VCSE organisations who want to understand how to take part in Integrated Neighbourhood Health models.

  • NHS and care partners looking to strengthen collaboration with community organisations.
