Leeds Older People’s Forum, in partnership with the Motability Foundation, is inviting quotes from creative digital designers to develop a new eLearning module for taxi and private hire drivers and operators in Leeds.

The project will create an engaging 20-minute eLearning video and assessment focused on Age and Dementia Awareness. The aim is to improve drivers’ understanding of passenger needs, remove barriers to travel, and help reduce social isolation through greater empathy, accessibility and support.

About the eLearning module

The module will be structured around three core themes:

  • Support

  • Accessibility

  • Mobility (SAM)

It will include:

  • Three short videos, totalling around 20 minutes

  • A short multiple-choice assessment

  • A certificate of achievement on completion

The content will be practical, accessible and relevant to the day-to-day experiences of taxi and private hire drivers.
