Forum Central’s latest Cost and Operating Pressures Survey is now open, and we are asking organisations to complete it on behalf of their organisation.
This survey was previously known as the Cost Pressures Survey and has been running since 2022.

The information you provide helps us build a clear and up-to-date picture of the pressures organisations are facing, including:
- Rising operational costs such as energy, premises and staffing
- Changes to funding, contracts and income
- The impact on staff wellbeing, service delivery and organisational sustainability
This evidence is used to influence partners locally and regionally, ensuring the voice of the VCSE sector is heard at a system level — particularly at a time when financial pressures are being felt across health and care.What we’re askingWe are asking organisations to complete one survey per organisation.The survey includes questions on:
- The impact of cost and operating pressures
- Key risks and emerging issues
- Examples from your organisation (both challenges and positive responses)
It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
