WY Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub

The primary focus of the Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is to offer well-being assistance to all its staff members and others beyond. If individuals working in health and care settings encounter challenging emotions, mental health professionals are available to provide support and help locate appropriate additional help.

The Annual Report shows that the hub received 683 referrals…. “Nursing and non-clinical staff made up the largest staff groups, with the NHS being overrepresented proportionally, compared to the VCSE and the social care sector. This could be due to staff feeling supported within their own organisations or the awareness of the Hub still not reaching the VCSE and social care sector.”
