As health and care systems continue to shift towards neighbourhood-based models and more person-centred approaches, meaningful patient and public involvement is becoming increasingly important.
This online session will bring together system leaders, clinicians, innovators, VCSE partners and people with lived experience to explore how putting people and communities first can drive better services and outcomes.
Why this matters
Neighbourhood health and integrated working are central to the future of health and care. But designing effective services requires more than structural change. It requires:
-
Listening to communities
-
Valuing lived experience
-
Embedding co-production in service design
-
Strengthening collaboration across sectors
This session focuses on how authentic involvement can improve quality, equity and impact across local systems.
What to expect
Participants will hear:
-
Real-world regional case studies demonstrating impact
