Digital Health Hubs are local community spaces with friendly people ready to help people build their skills and confidence to get online, and use the tools that can make it easier for to manage their health and wellbeing and engage with the NHS in the way that works best for them.

Any organisations who would like join the Digital Health Hub Network are welcome to join and be included in the flyer. 100% Digital are happy to include associated support available to the local community, as long as that support has a digital/health element and people could be signposted or self-refer to that support, such as services like One You or Linking Leeds.

To join the Digital Health Hub Network they ask that organisations:

  • Have a community centre/physical space accessible to the public in the BM LCP area
  • Can tick (or would be willing to work with us to tick) one or more of the boxes from each of the 3 columns – ‘connectivity’, ‘digital skills’, ‘help to get started with’
  • Are happy for people in the community to be signposted to your organisation to support

If you would like to talk about joining the Digital Health Hub network and/or being included in a future flyer please Amy Hearn.
