Joint Networks Meeting | Thursday 13 March 2025, 1 to 3 PM Online
This session will focus on providing valuable insights into Local Care Partnerships, featuring guest speakers from the LCP team.
All LCPs are different, but there are some common key features – each brings together a range of people, from different organisations working within the local geography.
Those involved in LCP working have committed to deliver joined-up collaborative care that draws upon the strengths and meets the needs of the local communities. Regular LCP meetings enable partners working in an area to build connections with one another, share details of their service offers and highlight issues and challenges local people are raising with them, and some have built mechanisms to connect partners outside of meetings. This can lead to collaborative projects where partners feel they can better address issues by working together.
All members of our networks and organisations linked to the Local Care Partnership are invited, including:
- Learning Disability Network
- Physical and Sensory Impairment Network
- Mental Health Network
- Communities of Interest Network
- Men’s Health Unlocked Network
- HR Workforce Network
- Sexual Health VCSE Network
- Leeds Older People’s Forum Networks
