Community Links and All About inclusion are running free 2.5 day training sessions (thanks to funding from Forum Central and West Yorkshire Health and Wellbeing Hub) on Cultural Competence, Mental Health Inequalities, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFAider). Sessions will be held in September and October at VCSE/accessible venues in Bradford, Kirklees, Calderdale, and Wakefield, and are open to all staff working in the health and care sector.

These courses are being run to support the VCSE workforce to access MHFA (MHFAider) training. Additionally, there is a half-day training session on Cultural Competency and Mental Health Inequalities. This training will explore various examples of mental health in our diverse workforce, taking an intersectional and culturally competent approach that is inclusive and trauma-informed.

These sessions are being held in September and October at VCSE/accessible venues in Bradford, Kirklees, Calderdale, and Wakefield.
