A new round of Having Good Relationships training will run from February to March 2026, supporting people with learning disabilities from Leeds to explore relationships in a safe, supportive and practical way.
Delivered over four weekly sessions, the training creates space to talk openly about relationships, dating, consent and what to do when things feel difficult. The sessions are designed to be accessible and supportive, with the option for participants to attend with support if they need it.
The programme begins on Thursday 19 February 2026 and runs weekly until 12 March, with each session taking place from 1pm to 3pm.
Session 1 – Getting Ready

Session 4 – If Things Go Wrong
