On 30 January, one of Laura’s videos was shown at the Leeds Health and Wellbeing Board, a meeting with people in charge of health and care services in Leeds. Her video helped them understand why it is so important to work together as one joined-up health and care service. Laura’s video has started conversations about how services can improve their communication, compassion and coordination.
