People working across the VCSE sector and wider health and care system in Leeds are invited to join an upcoming online session exploring Local Care Partnerships (LCPs).
Hosted by the LCP Development Team, the session will provide an informal introduction to how Local Care Partnerships work across Leeds and how organisations can connect into them.
Local Care Partnerships are designed to support joined-up working between services, organisations and communities, helping deliver more coordinated local care for local people.
The session will cover:
- What Local Care Partnerships are
- What Local Care Partnerships do
- How organisations can connect with the partnerships
The workshop has been designed with VCSE organisations in mind, but may also be useful for anyone working across the broader health and care system in Leeds.
