The first Leeds People & OD Festival is taking place in June. Leeds Health and Care One Workforce will host a series of events between Monday 13 June and Thursday 16 June, that will allow HR, OD and People colleagues to create connections, celebrate success, and develop as professionals.
Festival topics have been selected using feedback gathered during the recent Leeds People and OD Forums, where discussions were held to identify the key areas that our health and care People colleagues would like to work on together. As a result of these conversations, this year’s themes are: Looking After our People, Developing our Workforce, Creating our Culture, and Developing our Profession.
