Leeds Survivor-Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) is inviting people to visit Dial House this June for a community open day celebrating the work of one of Leeds’ longest-running mental health crisis services.

Based in Halton, Dial House provides out-of-hours crisis support for people experiencing emotional distress and mental health crisis. For more than 25 years, the service has offered a safe, non-clinical environment where people can access support, talk through difficulties and find an alternative to hospital admission or statutory crisis services.

The open day takes place on Tuesday 16 June from 2pm to 8pm and offers an opportunity for local residents, partners, professionals and community organisations to meet the team, learn more about the service and spend time in a welcoming environment.

Visitors can take part in a range of informal activities throughout the day, including:

• Refreshments
• Crafts
• Meditation and relaxation sessions
• A bake-off
• A quiz

The event is open to anyone interested in learning more about Leeds Survivor-Led Crisis Service and the support available through Dial House.
