Good news is shared in this letter from Tim Ryley at the ICB.
The key point is that Leeds place has reduced its forecasted deficit substantially – to around £8million from c£207m.
While this is still an overall deficit, no further reductions will be asked of Leeds ICB.
It has been incredibly difficult to get to this point, but this is a positive position to be in – in what remains to be a very challenging context.
