Every year, a report is created that looks at the ways  the people of Leeds are involved in shaping the health and care services. This report is called Involving You and this year’s document is a joined-up report with a number of organisations in Leeds. It shows some of the ways in which different communities have been involved to hear what they think about services and how the feedback is being used to make changes based on what people need.

The document is available to view online on NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group’s (CCG’s) website.

There is a 48-page report and a 12-page summary document. It is also available in several accessible formats (black and white, and plain text). A paper copy can be requested by emailing [email protected] or by calling 0113 221 7777.

Please let us know what you think about the Involving You documents. You can share your thoughts by completing this online survey. Paper versions of the survey are available by emailing [email protected] or by calling 0113 221 7723.
