Challenging Health Inequalities: how to promote equity in life and death.

The theme is based on the NHS Long Term Plan which highlights the Inequalities in Health Care and is titled, ‘How to promote equity in life and death’. This free, one day event is for palliative care and bereavement support practitioners.

On the day

Registration opens at 9.30 am with opportunities to network with colleagues and partners working in your area of expertise. The day is a full programme of speakers, 12 stalls and a self-care activity led by colleagues at Leeds MIND to close the day.

This is a free event. Please bring your own lunch or use the shop facilities at Gledhow Wing, St.James’s Hospital or the café at Thackray Museum. There is parking at the Museum and this is £5 for the day.
