What good and bad looks like in local health and care

Healthwatch Leeds has been looking at what good and bad experiences of health and care look like for people across Leeds. This work draws on what local people have shared about what helps, what gets in the way, and what needs to change. Read the Healthwatch Leeds report. Your Healthwatch Leeds

NHS 111: what Healthwatch Leeds found

As part of this work, Healthwatch Leeds gathered feedback about people’s experiences of the NHS 111 mental health crisis support line, including what worked well and what did not. The report sets out what people told Healthwatch Leeds, what needs to change, and what has already improved as a result of that feedback. See the NHS 111 mental health crisis support line findings.
