Thrive at Work is a new support initiative for anyone working in health and care across Leeds, including staff in the NHS, social care, primary care and third sector organisations. Referrals to the Thrive @ Work Hub will formally close at the end of January 2026, with the programme concluding by March 2026 in line with commissioning timelines.

Thrive @ Work has supported workplaces across Leeds to build healthier, more resilient environments, offering personalised support to help people stay well and remain in work. While referrals are closing, it is important to note that anyone referred before the end of January will continue to receive full support.

Due to the personalised and, in some cases, clinical nature of certain interventions, some participants may continue beyond March. Where this happens, individuals will remain fully supported until their intervention is safely and appropriately completed, ensuring continuity of care and agreed outcomes.

During the transition period, delivery partners and stakeholders will work closely together to manage the closure smoothly and maintain the highest possible standard of support for participants.

This update is particularly relevant for VCSE organisations, community groups and employers who may still be supporting individuals experiencing challenges around work, health and wellbeing. Sharing this information now helps ensure no one misses the opportunity to access support while referrals remain open.
