Thrive at Work is a new support initiative for anyone working in health and care across Leeds, including staff in the NHS, social care, primary care and third sector organisations.
Thrive at Work is designed to support people whose mental health or musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions is affecting their comfort and capability at work. This initiative offers free, personalised support to help you stay in or return to work with confidence.
Who is it for?
- Any staff member working in a health and care organisation in Leeds. (This includes VSCE employees.)
- Those who are currently in work but would benefit from wellbeing support to remain well in work, those currently absent from work or for anyone returning after a period of absence.
- Individuals and Managers who would benefit from support with workplace adjustments and/or coaching.
What kind of support is available?
Through Thrive at Work, individuals can access:
- Health and Work Coaching Service – a combination of work coaching, health coaching and social prescribing to help employees manage their health at work.
- A Leeds Workplace Adjustment Service – Support for employees and Managers to implement adjustments.
- Mental Health Fast Track support – Quick access to first-stage therapies for individuals needing urgent mental health support. This service is not suitable for individuals requiring medical diagnosis, treatment or crisis mental health support.
- Musculoskeletal (MSK) support
- Support with career choices and transition
