VCSE organisations across West Yorkshire can apply for Micro Capital Grants to support physical and practical improvements that make community and cultural spaces more accessible for disabled people.

The fund supports capital investment that delivers long-term accessibility improvements across Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield.

What the fund supports

Grants of £5,000 to £10,000 are available for capital projects such as:

  • Building adaptations or physical improvements

  • Equipment that improves access and inclusion

  • Technology that enhances participation for disabled people

Projects should demonstrate how changes will create lasting benefit rather than temporary adjustments.

Who can apply

The fund is open to community venues, cultural organisations, charities and VCSE groups based in West Yorkshire that deliver activity in accessible or public-facing spaces.
