What the day will cover
The conference focuses on how organisations can support wellbeing through uncertainty, instability and change.
Sessions will explore practical topics including:
• supporting mental health under ongoing pressure
• leadership and everyday behaviours that shape wellbeing
• managing organisational change
• building connection across remote and hybrid teams
• inclusion, neurodiversity, menopause and financial wellbeing
• the impact of AI on the workplace
Participants can choose the sessions most relevant to them and build their own schedule for the day.
What to expect
The event includes a mix of talks, panel discussions and workshops, alongside opportunities to connect with other employers across Leeds.
Lunch and refreshments are provided. The venue is fully accessible and designed to support a range of needs.
Each attendee will receive a workbook to support reflection and follow up after the event.
