The MindWell team welcomes Jane Wood to the Mindwell team based at Volition as interim management for the next few months, whilst we finalise future succession plans for the role. Look out for the vacancy which will be advertised here shortly.
We want to take this opportunity to thank Nicola, who will be leaving her role after 6 dedicated years of thoughtfully and consistently curating content on the MindWell Leeds mental health information platform and leading on the communication and engagement of the city resource.
Jane has worked alongside Thrive By Design and Volition, previously during the development of MindWell’s new website which went live last year and brings along great experience and knowledge which will be an asset whilst we look to the longer-term future development of MindWell Leeds.

MindWell is funded by NHS Leeds CCG to provide a vital ‘go to’ place for mental health information for people and professionals in Leeds. It has won a number of awards since going live including the Tech4Good Award at Leeds Digital Festival in 2019 and a Plain English Award in 2017. Since going live MindWell has had over 400,000 users and over 2 million page views.
