A new apprenticeship resource has been launched to help Third Sector organisations, social care providers and smaller employers across West Yorkshire make the most of apprenticeships as part of their workforce development.
Developed by the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, the resource provides practical guidance for organisations looking to recruit new staff, develop existing employees or better understand how apprenticeship funding works.
Whether you’re considering apprenticeships for the first time or looking to expand your current programme, the resources are designed to make the process easier to understand and access.

The accompanying quick guide to apprenticeships has been developed specifically for organisations working in social care and the Third Sector across West Yorkshire.
