Do you work with groups of children and young people in Leeds aged 13-18? Are you interested in future pathways into employment for the young people you work with? Community Interest Company, Building Futures Together (BFT) has funding to provide practical taster sessions for young people to learn basic electrical and plumbing skills.
Taster sessions can be tailored to youngsters you work with and they can take place at BFT’s specialist training facility
in Pudsey or brought to a location of your choice.
For those who enjoy the sessions, BFT would like to support them longer-term giving training and help to find careers. Open to all, BFT encourages organisations who are working with youngsters at risk of or who have experienced adverse child experiences to apply for the sessions.
