About Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
The theme of this Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Action‘.
This theme encourages us all to take actions to help us feel hopeful and less powerless. Big or small, there are lots of actions we can take to support our mental health – and when we come together, we can make a huge difference. Focusing on action helps to remind us that while awareness is vital real change comes when we take action too.
We want to use this Mental Health Awareness Week to support our communities across Leeds and the surrounding areas to understand the kinds of support available to them and take a step towards supporting their mental health.
