About the courses
The courses are run online using Zoom or in person at your venue and are aimed at any group of 8-12 people in Leeds that may benefit from learning wellbeing skills and connecting and sharing with others. They’re led by Humans Being’s experienced facilitators. They are informal and participatory, and encourage participants to find their strengths and make changes that will improve their mental and overall wellbeing.
Outcomes – what participants get out of the course:
- Communicate with confidence – stand up for yourself without falling out with others
- Set directions and goals that mean something to you and start taking steps towards them right away
- Break through the old stereotypes about what men should and shouldn’t be
- Stress and relaxation techniques– tricks and tools for feeling more relaxed.
