The article focusses on the upcoming reverse jobs fair and the issues many learning disabled people face in the world of work.
The reverse jobs fair will be held in a relaxed and informal setting in a venue people feel comfortable in. Jobseekers with learning disabilities will have the chance to showcase who they are to employers, as opposed to the other way around.
